A day in the Life of a Duty personnel

Sigh, Weekends are finally here and what is the meaning of this? hmm... some guy in the HQ must have had a bad impression of me to roster my name for a Sunday Duty. Rest on Monday? Sadly no.

Actually, duties on weekends are not bad actually. Don't you know how important it is for a soldier to defend the country? Especially when the rest are out there partying their lives away... jealous? neah... I ought to be proud... proud.... i ... well... lets face it... Who else is going to do this other than me? Someone out there has a family to be with. Someone has already planned to wash his fish tank today. Another has to send his 4-wheeler to the service centre. I am doing them a favor. =)

At least, I am doing duty with someone I know... that will be fun... what can we do ? I know... We can watch TV together in the duty room. jolly...8 hours of TV. Ha! How's that to spend the day?

I asked the driver to send me around camp just now. Was looking for a particular spot in Camp. Can't seem to find the right place though. The driver must have made at least 3 U-turns. Hope he is not pissed. I mean... would you be pissed if someone asks you to make 3 U-turns? Hahaha...

I lost something today... right in front of my eyes I asw my security pass fall into the sea. Hoping it would float but it didn't. Noo... I stared at it unbelievingly as it sank and disappeared from view. =(

I am writing this blog from camp. This is my first blog. I never imagined I would 1 day start a blog. I mean, its a growing fad and everything and there are people who are really into it. But, I guess I am really damn bored. Tried to get on friendster but the stupid server denied the access rights. What's wrong with friendster anyway? Don't understand these things sometimes.

Well, a plus point is that the dreaded HOD is not around. Lucky that I do not have to do any duties with him, and hopes he does not read this blog!~
