stupid driver

Met with a very stupid driver yesterday. I will try to "illustrate" it, and hopefully re-enact the agony I went through. This event is so carved into me, I will spend my weekends working on this blog post.

Just woken up from my sleep, I realised that my temperature had gotten a bit higher. While on the way to get some iced water and a hand towel to "cool down" my forehead, I met Mr Cockroach.

He must have been quite alarmed to see me, as he dropped whatever his is doing and scuffled to a dark corner of the kitchen.

I quickly got my stuff and left the scene. Upon coming back to my room, I then realised that those might be one of the rare occasions where I didn't attempt to kill Mr Cockroach (or any of his siblings) on sight. Well, strange as it might be, I started thinking in HIS shoes.... :

trust someone having high fever to keep his mind occupied on something pleasant instead.... yar right!

*ps, for people who know me well enough, I suck in dialects.

Having Fever today

I am running a fever now... It started yesterday night with a slight one, then I woke up today to a full fever and headache.

Took my temperature with a oral thermometer at several intervals just now. The highest temperature was 39.29 degrees. I wonder if this thermometer is still working properly though... it was a OSIM oral thermometer issued to me when I was in the Army during the SARS period... wow.. that's several years ago le... anyway... my latest temperature taken using the same thermometer is 37.89 degrees now. And indeed, I am still feeling feverish but a bit better now... I think I will trust this thermometer today.

I went out for a little while just now. Drove to henderson rd to a client's place. Wow, I swear that must have been the slowest speed I have travelled so far... (jams not included). I kept thinking to myself. "I am sure gonna regret this trip if I met with an accident or something" Luckily I came back in 1 piece. Hope I dun have to try this again.

my hands are numbing as I type this blog now. So I guess i will sign off. Later still got zakum. Should I go? We'll see...

i miss u

Been playing around with photoshop alot these few days. It's quite useful, especially for someone like me who works in a design firm. Sometimes, I may need to send something out to the client but my company does not have anyone free to help me. What to do? I have to do it myself.

Though still not a pro, and still fiddling around with the functions, I say, I should be able to fulfill the very basics.

I still prefer to leave it to the pros though. Cos I know, what would take me 2 hours to complete on photoshop might only take them 5 mins.
